After a good night’s sleep you will start the day in a perfect way with an ample and delicious breakfast buffet: beside the corn flakes, eggs, cheeses and cold cuts, delicious natural juices and farm milk all from local suppliers, you will also have the luck to indulge in the exquisite homemade pastries and cookies.

Our kitchen uses only ingredients of local provision. Cooks maintain close friendly relations with local producers, farmers, cheese makers, fishermen, wine growers and all those people whose efforts contribute to turning every dining experience into a veritable feast for the senses.

Apart from that, we make our own jams, confitures and preserves of fruits and vegetables. The hostess’ aubergine caviar is a must to try. We also make our own fruit juices and compotes from what our God blesses us in our garden every year.

In a traditional ground-dug stove we bake Armenian lavash, the thin unleavened flatbread greatly enjoyed by absolutely all our visitors from different countries across the world, especially when they watch and even participate in the process. There is nothing better than a freshly baked lavash-bread hot form the oven, rolled around local cheeses, fresh herbs, eggs, meats or anything else you want. Yummy!

Breakfast is served in the lounge or, if the guests wish so, on the summer terrace, between 08:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. unless otherwise arranged.
