Downstairs in the basement is the wine cellar that has been designed, in collaboration with artists, in the appearance of a centuries-old underground vault discovered during the construction. It is a welcoming and spacious dining room, where the temperature is always pleasantly cool even in the hottest summer days and cozily warm on a freezing winter evening, an intimate area where friends love to gather and share stories. Behind the glass window is the fully equipped kitchen, which allows guests to watch the chefs in action while they make their delicious, appetizing courses. The dining room offers fabulous local and international menus, using meat, eggs and dairy from neighboring farms, as well as the best seasonal produce and herbs from our kitchen garden. Our menu showcases local, seasonal and foraged produce – all helped along with local wines and beers inspired by the countryside surroundings. A casual, warm environment, delicious food, variety of beverages and excellent service at a reasonable cost.
